This previous Jewish year (5570) has been a difficult one for many within the Orthodox believing community. Whether health, financial, spiritual, or community problems, there has been a lot of battling. As we look forward to this coming year, we realize these battles may still continue for many of us. Please pray for our community as we face various problems. Many have become very burnt out spiritually, emotionally, etc. and need a renewal and freshness of spirit along with spiritual encouragement and strength. So, please pray against spiritual burn-outs/depressions, and pray for joy, peace and strength in our Almighty God for all in our community.
It is our hope and prayer that on the path Hashem (G-d) has put us on we would be steadfast in Him and His son, Yeshua (Jesus) regardless of the obstacles we might come across. As you pray for us, please continue to pray Philippians 3 and 2 Timothy 1:7 over our community - that our and our children's faith would be ever growing in His Truth. And as your time permits, please once again pray through all of our prayer points as they are all vital to our spiritual lives here in Israel.
